VERUNIFY — TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: August 26, 2026 Last Updated: September 21, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Verunify platform, website, applications, software, integrations and related services ("Verunify," the "Platform," the "Service," "we," "us" or "our"). The Platform is operated by Aspirion Infotech Private Limited, CIN U74990MH2023PTC397684, having its registered office at: Flat No. C/1/2103, Bharat EcoVistas, Thane, Maharashtra, India – 400612
By creating a Verunify account, purchasing a Verunify subscription, or otherwise using the parts of the Service to which these Terms apply, you agree to these Terms. Certain End Users may interact with Verunify only through a Member's services and may be subject to additional or different terms provided by that Member.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

- community functionality;
- booking and appointment management;
- webinars and live-session functionality;
- email and SMS functionality;
- WhatsApp-based delivery and communication;
- marketing automation;
- payment integrations;
- domain-related services;
- analytics and operational tools;
- AI-assisted marketing functionality;
- advertising-management services;
- integrations with third-party services; and
- other features introduced from time to time.
Verunify provides technology and related services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Verunify does not provide the professional, educational, coaching, consulting, medical, financial, legal or other substantive services that a Member may offer through the Platform.
2. Definitions
For these Terms: "Member" means a person or organisation that creates or operates an account on Verunify to conduct its own business. "End User" means a customer, student, lead, contact, subscriber, participant, visitor or other person who interacts with a Member through or using the Platform. "Member Content" means content, information, data, documents, videos, courses, lessons, communications, images, websites, forms, advertisements and other material submitted, uploaded, created or controlled by a Member. "Third-Party Service" means an external service integrated with Verunify, including payment gateways, messaging providers, domain registrars, email providers, calendar services, webinar services, advertising platforms, AI services and similar services.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Member account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- all activity conducted through your account;
- ensuring that persons given access to your account are authorised by you; and
- immediately notifying Verunify of any suspected unauthorised access.
You must not create an account using another person's identity, impersonate another person or organisation, or provide misleading information concerning your business. We may require additional information or verification where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, payment processing, regulatory compliance or operation of particular features.
Availability. Verunify is not offered to individuals or businesses located in, or organised under the laws of, the United States (including its territories) or Canada, and you must not register a Member account, or use the Platform as a Member, from or on behalf of a person or business in those places. By creating a Member account you confirm that you are not located in, and that your business is not organised in, the United States or Canada. We may refuse, suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe this is not the case.
4. Free and Paid Services
Verunify may provide free and paid plans. Current plans, features, limitations and pricing are displayed on the applicable pricing page or within the Platform. Features available under a free plan may be changed, limited or discontinued subject to applicable law. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the billing period displayed at the time of purchase. Where recurring billing applies, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process recurring charges according to the billing terms presented to you at the time of subscription. Unless otherwise stated:
- cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal;
- cancellation does not automatically reverse the current billing period;
- unused portions of a billing period are not refundable; and
- mandatory refunds or consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Verunify may change pricing or plan features by giving reasonable notice. Changes will generally apply from the next applicable billing cycle unless otherwise required by law.
5. Third-Party and Usage-Based Services
Certain features depend on third-party providers and may involve separate charges. Examples include:
- payment gateway transaction charges;
- WhatsApp messaging charges;
- SMS charges;
- email delivery charges;
- domain registration and renewal;
- advertising expenditure;
- AI service usage;
- video or file storage;
- webinar or communication services; and
- other usage-based services.
Such charges may be paid directly to the third-party provider or may be charged through Verunify where expressly stated. Verunify does not represent that third-party pricing will remain unchanged. You are responsible for understanding and paying applicable third-party usage charges associated with services you activate.
6. Member Businesses and End Users
A Member operates its own business independently from Verunify. If a Member uses Verunify to sell a course, coaching programme, consultation, event, product, membership or other service:
- the Member is responsible for the offering;
- the Member is responsible for its representations and claims;
- the Member is responsible for fulfilment;
- the Member is responsible for customer support;
- the Member is responsible for refunds and cancellations relating to its own offerings;
- the Member is responsible for applicable taxes;
- the Member is responsible for obtaining required consents and permissions; and
- the Member is responsible for complying with applicable laws.
Verunify does not endorse, verify, guarantee or assume responsibility for a Member's products, services, qualifications, claims, prices, refunds, outcomes or business practices unless expressly stated otherwise. Any dispute concerning a Member's product or service should ordinarily be addressed to that Member.
End Users are the customers of the Member, not of Verunify or Aspirion Infotech Private Limited. An End User's use of a Member's page, course, booking or other service through the Platform does not make that End User a customer of Verunify, and the Member alone is responsible for who it chooses to serve.
7. Payments
(See also Privacy Policy, Section 15 — Payment service providers, for how personal/payment data is handled by Razorpay/Cashfree versus Verunify.)
Verunify may integrate with payment providers including Razorpay, Cashfree and other providers. Where a Member connects its own payment gateway account, the Member is responsible for the merchant relationship with the applicable payment provider and for complying with that provider's terms, KYC requirements, prohibited-business rules and applicable law. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Verunify does not take ownership of money paid by an End User to a Member merely because the payment was initiated through a Verunify-powered page or workflow. Payment settlement, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, payment reversals and payment-provider compliance may be governed by the applicable payment provider's terms. Verunify may receive transaction status, amount, reference identifiers and other information necessary to operate payment-related features. Where Verunify itself charges you for a Verunify subscription or service, Verunify may act as the merchant for that particular transaction.
8. Member Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Platform and agree to:
- comply with applicable laws;
- maintain appropriate records;
- obtain legally required licences and registrations;
- obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing communications;
- provide accurate information to your customers and students;
- honour your published refund and cancellation policies;
- ensure that your advertisements and claims are truthful;
- provide accurate and complete information regarding your identity, business, services, courses and other material activities conducted through the Platform, and not misrepresent the nature, purpose, regulatory status or credentials associated with any service or content offered through the Platform;
- ensure that your content does not infringe third-party rights;
- maintain appropriate access controls;
- protect your account credentials; and
- use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes.
Verunify is not responsible for determining whether your particular business requires a licence, registration, tax registration, professional qualification or other regulatory approval.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use Verunify to:
- conduct unlawful activity;
- commit fraud or deception;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- attempt unauthorised access to the Platform or another account;
- bypass security, authentication, rate limits or technical restrictions;
- interfere with the operation of the Platform;
- send unlawful spam or unsolicited bulk communications;
- violate applicable telecommunications, messaging or anti-spam requirements;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- distribute unlawful, defamatory or fraudulent material;
- operate prohibited businesses or prohibited payment activities;
- exploit the Platform for abusive scraping or automated activity;
- use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crime;
- upload content that you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code except where expressly permitted by law;
- use the Platform to build or operate a competing service through systematic copying of the Platform; or
- circumvent subscription, storage, usage or feature restrictions.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, users, third parties or comply with law.
10. Communications, Email, SMS and WhatsApp
Where you use communication functionality, you are responsible for:
- having the necessary consent or lawful basis;
- complying with applicable messaging regulations;
- providing appropriate opt-out mechanisms where required;
- using approved templates where required by a provider;
- complying with WhatsApp, Meta, SMS, telecom and email-provider rules; and
- ensuring that messages are not deceptive, abusive or unlawful.
Third-party messaging providers may independently suspend or restrict your account. Verunify does not guarantee delivery of any message. Delivery may be affected by provider policies, network conditions, recipient settings, template approval, spam controls or other factors outside Verunify's control.
11. Advertising and Marketing Services
Verunify may provide advertising tools, AI-assisted advertising content and optional managed advertising services. Advertising expenditure is separate from Verunify subscription fees unless expressly stated otherwise. Where Verunify or its team provides managed advertising services:
- advertising approval remains subject to the relevant advertising platform;
- advertising performance is not guaranteed;
- Verunify does not guarantee leads, sales, conversions or return on advertising spend;
- the Member remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of its underlying claims and offerings; and
- advertising-platform policies continue to apply.
Verunify may refuse to manage advertising for businesses, products or campaigns that it considers unsuitable, prohibited, unlawful or excessively risky.
12. Member Content
You retain ownership of Member Content that you own. You grant Verunify a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display and otherwise use Member Content only to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Platform;
- operate requested features;
- make content available to authorised End Users;
- maintain backups;
- provide support;
- prevent abuse;
- secure the Platform;
- comply with law; and
- improve reliability and functionality of the Service.
Verunify does not acquire ownership of Member Content merely because you upload it. You represent that you have all rights, permissions and consents necessary for the content you upload and the processing you instruct Verunify to perform.
13. Course, Video and Digital Content
If you use Verunify to provide digital content, you are responsible for:
- ownership or licensing of that content;
- access permissions;
- pricing;
- course claims;
- student support;
- refunds;
- copyright compliance; and
- compliance with applicable consumer and education-related requirements.
Verunify does not guarantee that a Member's content cannot be copied, recorded, redistributed or otherwise misused. Where technically feasible, Verunify may apply access controls, authentication, signed URLs, download restrictions or other protective measures. These measures do not constitute an absolute guarantee against unauthorised copying.
14. Domains
Where Verunify provides domain-registration functionality through a third-party registrar, the domain remains subject to the registrar's and applicable registry's terms. Domain registration is not guaranteed until successfully completed. Domain availability, renewal, transfer, suspension and cancellation may be governed by the applicable registrar and registry. You are responsible for providing accurate registrant information and maintaining it where required.
15. Artificial Intelligence Features
Verunify may provide AI-assisted features, including content generation, marketing assistance, ad copy generation or automation. AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or inappropriate suggestions. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing, sending or relying upon it. You must not treat AI output as legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice. Verunify does not guarantee the accuracy, originality or suitability of AI-generated output. Third-party AI providers may have their own terms and privacy policies where their services are used.
16. Third-Party Services
Verunify may integrate with third-party services, including payment, communication, domain, advertising, calendar, webinar, AI, storage and analytics providers. Your use of such services is subject to their applicable terms and policies. Third-party services may:
- change their APIs;
- impose fees;
- change functionality;
- restrict accounts;
- suspend access;
- experience outages; or
- discontinue services.
Verunify is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services. Where a third-party integration becomes unavailable, Verunify may modify, replace or discontinue the affected integration.
17. Google Integrations and Authorization
Verunify may provide optional integrations with Google services, including Google Calendar and YouTube.
To use a Google integration, you may be required to authorize Verunify through Google's OAuth authorization process. You control whether to grant the requested permissions.
The permissions requested by Verunify depend on the particular Google functionality you choose to use. Verunify will request only the permissions reasonably necessary for that functionality.
By authorizing a Google integration, you instruct Verunify to access and process the Google data covered by the permissions you grant for the purpose of providing the corresponding Verunify feature.
You may disconnect an integration through Verunify where available or revoke Verunify's access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access may cause the associated Verunify functionality to stop working.
Where you use YouTube functionality through Verunify, you additionally agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Verunify's use of Google user data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Google API requirements. Verunify does not acquire ownership of Google user data merely because you authorize an integration.
You remain responsible for ensuring that your use of connected Google services and the content or data you process through those services complies with applicable law and the terms and policies applicable to your Google Account and the relevant Google service.
Google services are operated by Google and are subject to Google's own terms, policies and privacy practices. Verunify does not control Google's processing of data within Google's systems.
18. Data and Privacy
(See also Privacy Policy, Section 13 — Member instructions/processor relationship, for the detailed allocation of responsibility between Verunify and a Member for End User data.)
Our processing of personal data is described in the Verunify Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where Verunify processes personal data on behalf of a Member, the Member may determine the purposes and means of processing and may have responsibilities under applicable data-protection law. Depending on the processing activity, Verunify may act as a Data Fiduciary, Data Processor or in another legally applicable capacity. Members must not instruct Verunify to process personal data unlawfully.
19. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect the Platform and information processed through it. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and devices. If you discover a suspected security vulnerability, you should notify Verunify promptly rather than attempting to exploit it.
20. Availability and Changes to the Service
We aim to keep Verunify available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be affected by:
- maintenance;
- infrastructure failures;
- internet failures;
- third-party outages;
- cyberattacks;
- regulatory requirements;
- provider changes;
- force majeure events; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may add, modify, restrict or discontinue features from time to time. Where a material paid feature is permanently discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
21. Intellectual Property
The Verunify name, trademarks, logos, software, interfaces, designs, documentation, workflows and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Aspirion Infotech Private Limited. Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease or commercially exploit Verunify's proprietary technology except as expressly permitted.
22. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas or feedback regarding Verunify, you grant Verunify the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that such use does not disclose your confidential information or personal data unlawfully.
23. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Verunify at any time. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of:
- material breach of these Terms;
- fraud or suspected fraud;
- security risk;
- unlawful activity;
- abuse of the Platform;
- non-payment;
- violation of third-party provider requirements;
- regulatory or legal requirements; or
- conduct that creates significant risk to Verunify or other users.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Immediate suspension may occur where delay would create a material security, legal, fraud or operational risk.
24. Investigations, Complaints and Legal Holds
Verunify may, where reasonably necessary, investigate activity, content or conduct associated with use of the Platform where it receives a complaint, becomes aware of suspected fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, material misrepresentation, violation of these Terms, or receives a legal, regulatory or law-enforcement inquiry.
For purposes of investigating, responding to or resolving such matters, Verunify may temporarily restrict, suspend or preserve relevant accounts, content, records, transaction information and other Platform data, notwithstanding any otherwise applicable deletion or retention period.
Verunify may preserve relevant information for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve the matter, comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements, respond to legal process, establish or defend legal claims, or protect the rights, security and integrity of Verunify, its Members and other users.
Where permitted by applicable law, Verunify may provide relevant information to competent authorities or other parties where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, investigate suspected unlawful activity or protect against fraud or abuse.
Nothing in these Terms requires Verunify to proactively monitor every Member, course, transaction or business activity for unlawful conduct, and Verunify does not guarantee that misuse or unlawful activity will always be detected.
25. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends. Subject to applicable law, Verunify deletes or anonymises information associated with a terminated account as described in the Privacy Policy, including video and attachment storage, subject to the applicable retention periods and legal, regulatory and compliance-hold exceptions described in Section 19 of the Privacy Policy, as well as registrant and business-identity fields, rather than merely deactivating the account. Some information is retained beyond that according to Verunify's indicative statutory and operational retention framework (see Privacy Policy, Section 19, for the full detail and the basis for these periods — they reflect applicable corporate/tax/payment-regulatory requirements, not a fixed period the DPDP Act itself mandates):
- general account/business records: up to 8 years, where required for corporate, accounting, contractual or dispute-resolution purposes;
- GST-relevant financial records: up to 6 years, or such longer period as applicable law may require;
- payment/KYC-adjacent records: 5 to 10 years after the business relationship ends, where required under applicable payment, KYC, RBI, PMLA or other regulatory requirements.
Where Verunify provides an export facility, you are responsible for exporting information you require before terminating your account.
26. Refunds
Refunds for Verunify subscriptions are governed by the refund terms displayed at purchase and any mandatory rights available under applicable law. Refunds relating to a Member's own courses, coaching, consultations, events or other offerings are the responsibility of that Member unless Verunify is expressly identified as the seller for that transaction. A Member's deletion, suspension or termination of an End User's account does not itself create a refund obligation against Verunify.
27. Deletion and Access to Services
(See also Privacy Policy, Section 21 — Deletion and access to Member services, for the data-protection explanation of this same consequence.)
If an End User requests deletion of personal data associated with their relationship with a Member, providing that request may require removing or disabling the account, enrolment, booking or other records that allow access to that Member's paid courses, content, services or bookings. Once the applicable personal data has been deleted, it may no longer be possible to provide access to those services, because the information required to authenticate entitlement or enrolment may no longer exist. This is not a breach of these Terms by Verunify or a Member, and does not itself create a right to a refund from Verunify. Any refund relating to a Member's course, programme, booking, subscription or other offering remains governed by the agreement between the End User and the Member, unless Verunify is expressly the seller of that particular transaction.
28. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verunify is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that:
- the Platform will always be available;
- every feature will operate without interruption;
- the Platform will satisfy every business requirement;
- third-party integrations will remain available;
- communications will always be delivered;
- advertising campaigns will produce a particular result;
- AI-generated content will be accurate;
- Member Content will never be lost or compromised; or
- use of the Platform will produce any particular commercial result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verunify and Aspirion Infotech Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or anticipated savings arising from use of the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verunify's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- the amounts actually paid by you to Verunify for the Service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- INR 10,000,
except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent such limitation cannot legally be imposed, including where applicable for fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable liability.
30. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Aspirion Infotech Private Limited, Verunify and their directors, officers, employees and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your unlawful use of the Platform;
- your Member Content;
- your products or services;
- your advertising or marketing activities;
- your violation of another person's rights;
- your violation of applicable law; or
- your misuse of third-party integrations.
This clause does not require you to indemnify Verunify for losses caused by Verunify's own conduct to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
31. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information belonging to the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will not disclose it except where necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, enforce rights or where the information is already publicly available without breach. This section does not replace the Privacy Policy's provisions concerning personal data.
32. Force Majeure
Verunify will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, governmental action, internet failures, telecommunications failures, major cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, strikes or third-party service outages.
33. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable. The updated Terms will state the revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
34. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory jurisdiction available to an individual under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Thane, Maharashtra, India. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or protective relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
35. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law. Verunify may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or similar transaction. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to particular services, constitute the agreement between you and Verunify concerning the Platform.
